[SEHA] WSEHA Conference Cost Questions

Hello SEHA members,

I'm glad so many of you want to attend the WSEHA conference this year.  A lot of people had questions about costs, and this email is to answer the questions people have asked.  If you have any other questions either ask Chuck Tresser, or one of the SEHA officers and we'll be sure to get back to you.

The Deposit is $30.  $5 for a WSEHA membership fee and $25 to secure your spot to go with other environmental health students.  The deposit can be paid by cash or check. Checks should be made out to UW-SEHA.

Additional Costs Are Possible.  How much depends on how much support we can get from the department to cover costs.  So the more people go, the lower additional costs will be.  
Last year we were able to cover the cost of U-Cars for travel.  We had some additional money left over for rooms at the Great Wolf Lounge, but people were expected to share the room with same-gender participants. 
We hope to be able to provide the same coverage this year, but things could change.
